About A2B
Welcome! Are you tired of showing up for everyone but yourself? Do you ever wonder how much of your identity has been shaped by survival rather than choice?
A2B Restorative Counseling PLLC exists to support adults navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, unresolved emotional wounds, and complex relational dynamics. Rooted in attachment theory, our work together integrates person-centered, trauma-informed care with cognitive and somatic approaches—always tailored to the unique needs of each client. Faith integration is available and guided by your preferences.
The name A2B reflects the journey of healing: moving from where you are to where you’re meant to be. Like the transformation of a butterfly, it’s a process of emergence—one that involves discomfort, change, and deep inner work. The path isn’t linear, but with the right support and space to grow, it is possible—and it is sacred. You don’t have to do it alone.
About Me & My Approach...
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (supervised by Kimberly Parker, MS, LPC-S, LCDC) and the founder of A2B Restorative Counseling. I work with adults who feel stuck in cycles of self-doubt, emotional exhaustion, or disconnection—often after years of carrying too much, too quietly. I hold a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Amberton University and bring a steady, intuitive presence to the therapy space.
My style is warm, collaborative, and gently challenging. I pay attention to what’s said and unsaid, and I’ll help you explore the deeper patterns shaping how you feel, relate, and show up in the world. Together, we’ll slow things down enough to hear your inner wisdom again—and make space for the clarity, boundaries, and healing you deserve. I believe lasting change happens when we feel safe enough to tell the truth—first to ourselves, then in the presence of someone who honors it. That’s the kind of space I aim to create in every session.

Outside of sessions, I enjoy writing, hiking, traveling, meaningful conversation over good food, people-watching/window shopping at the mall, and spending time with the people I love.

Our first session is a chance for us to begin building a connection. We’ll talk about what led you to therapy, explore your goals, and go over your personal history and relevant clinical background. It’s a relaxed, collaborative space where you can share at your own pace—there’s no pressure to have it all figured out.
