Individual Therapy

Individual therapy provides a supportive, one-on-one space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and life experiences with intention. Sessions are 50–55 minutes in length and are tailored to support your unique goals, pace, and healing journey. Together, we’ll focus on both self-understanding and practical steps forward. It’s a space to feel seen, supported, and empowered as you move toward greater clarity and wholeness.

EMDR

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a structured, evidence-based psychotherapy approach designed to help individuals process and resolve traumatic memories and distressing life experiences. EMDR targets unprocessed memories stored in the brain and uses bilateral stimulation to reduce their emotional intensity, allowing for adaptive resolution. This method is particularly effective for individuals experiencing symptoms of PTSD, anxiety, grief, and low self-worth related to past experiences. Clients often find that EMDR facilitates faster insight, symptom relief, and lasting emotional change without the need to revisit every painful detail verbally.

Walk & Talk

Walk & Talk Therapy combines the benefits of traditional talk therapy with the grounding effects of movement and nature. Sessions take place at a nearby walking trail, offering a more relaxed and open setting for processing emotions, reducing stress, and gaining clarity. This approach can be especially helpful for those who feel more at ease while moving or find it easier to talk side by side. Sessions are 50–55 minutes in length and are available on Saturdays only. Weather permitting, we’ll walk at a comfortable pace while working toward your therapeutic goals in a way that feels natural, restorative, and freeing.
